What's At Stake

In every classroom across Florida, teachers and education staff professionals are providing our students with a world-class education. We owe it to our children to give them access to an education that will give them the best chance to develop their potential.

But bigger class sizes, less time for student-teacher interaction, mandated paperwork, inadequate resources, staff cuts and fewer class choices will have a lasting negative impact on our children.

It’s time to stop education funding cuts. Imagine the future when we make our schools a priority!

We need to keep our veteran teachers from leaving the classroom. We need to make sure students get the individualized attention they need. We need to ensure a well-rounded education for all students. We need to keep our classrooms up-to-date. We need to give our teachers more time to teach and students more time to learn. And, we need to provide professional salaries and benefits to retain quality educators.

We must invest in our schools to give our students the world-class education they deserve.
